We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any quality issues, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for an exchange.
Exchange Guidelines
We will send you a replacement item as soon as we receive the original package and confirm that it is in resalable condition.
*Note: Items should be returned new, unused, and with all original tags attached. Items that are damaged, marked, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
In most cases, exchanges will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. If preferred, you may exchange for a different model of equal value.
Color Accuracy
While we strive to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible, variations in display settings on computers, tablets, and mobile devices may affect color perception. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will exactly match the product.
Exchange Limits
Our exchange policy is designed to enhance your shopping experience. However, we monitor the number of exchanges per customer. Excessive exchanges may result in the suspension of your account or the refusal of future orders at our discretion.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if you received incorrect items or if there are malfunctions as described in the product details.
You must provide detailed information about the issues, including pictures and videos. The return policy is void if the products have been used. Ensure the package is in the same condition as when you received it. You have 30 days from the arrival of your order to initiate a return. Once approved, return the package to the address provided, and supply us with the tracking number.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The refund process may take up to 7 working days after we receive the original package and confirm that it is in resalable condition, as per our payment processor’s regulations.
Partial refunds are possible upon discussion. Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
– A replacement for the returned item is not available in either factory or our own stock.
– The product you ordered is out of stock, and you do not wish to choose an alternative product.
– Your package is seized by customs; in such cases, we can either issue a refund or send a new package based on our discussion.
